Join me and Sound Bath practitioner Michelle Melendez for an ocean excursion.

When: September 10th, 2022 - arrive by 10am, expect to stay until 1:30pm.

Where: Motor Yacht Mauretania - 22nd Street Landing, San Pedro

What: A yoga flow followed by a sound bath over the open waters, a three hour cruise on the Motor Yacht Mauretania. We will cruise around the LA Harbor and enjoy food and libations with the view.
