Biography

Yoga has impacted my life tremendously, helping me grow stronger physically mentally and spiritually. Body movement as a whole inspires me to live each day with more purpose and fearlessness - movement is truly medicine. After completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I quickly followed with Spinning and Lagree Pilates certifications. I am currently enrolled in the Breathe & Learn yoga program to bring movement and mindfulness to children. I truly feel this is the tip of the iceberg, and hope to never stop learning. I will always be a student and am grateful for the wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing with a sense of joy, ending with a dose of inspiration. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing their bodies as well as challenging their boundaries - finding your truth one day at a time. My hope is that you leave your session feeling recharged and confident in your abilities to move your beautiful body with just as much intention off the mat as you do on.
